*Blend previously called Power* Customer Feedback: Brandy says, "I love your oils! I have back problems and your Comfort oil helps relieve the pain! I also love your lavender! I put it in my oil diffuser for at night when I sleep! Also your lime oil! I use it on my face to help get rid of any random breakouts I have! It does an amazing job with just one dab of oil! I use so many, those are just my 3 absolute favorite!" Empower is a select blend of essential oils including: Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), Juniper Berry (Juniperus communis), Lemongrass (Cymbopogon flexuosus), Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans), Balsam fir (Abies balsamea), Clove (Eugenia caryophyllata), and Black Pepper (Piper nigrum) in a base of Sweet Almond Oil. 5% dilution. Indications The oils in this blend may help with mental stimulation, mental alertness, and stress. Neurotonic and energizing, said to relieve depression and stimulate the mind. Memory and alertness. Circulation stimulant, digestive system stimulant, liver function, painful digestion, digestive stimulation, indigestion, headache, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, astringent, diuretic (Price, 93-95, 156, 230, 242, 244, 266, 269). Increases energy, sharpens memory, eases palpitations, depression, stress, calms the nervous system. Astringent, tightens and tones skin, acne, dermatitis, eczema, greasy hair and oily scalp, improves circulation, flatulence, colds, coughs, rheumatism, stiff and sore muscles, gout, increases the flow of urine, influenza, encourages and regulates menstrual flow, antiseptic for the skin tissues, antibacterial, antifungal, reduces fever, (Purchon, 68-69, 76, 103-104). Astringent, fevers, antiseptic, bactericide, headaches, rheumatism, gout, arthritis, nervous system stimulant (Davis, 171-172, 181, 262). Anxiety, fatigue, nervousness, sedative, stress, depression, memory, mental alertness. Acne, anti-inflammatory, arthritis, calming cellulite, eczema, insect repellant, skin care, weight-loss support, antifungal, flatulence, aging skin, analgesic, antibacterial, antiseptic, arthritis, cellulite, cold, cough, circulatory health, diuretic, expectorant, flu, fungicidal, gout, menstrual support, migraine, muscle pain and stiffness, rheumatism, varicose veins (Althea Press, 345-355, 395). Gout, headaches, rheumatism, muscular aches and pains, obesity, as a nerve stimulant, liver decongestant, analgesic, acne, coughs, diuretic, infections, respiratory problems, fevers, antiseptic, and insect repellent (Worwood, 401, 403, 405). Promotes menstruation (Schnaubelt, 104). Applications Topical: Apply to temples, or base of neck, or crown of head or on the bottoms of the feet. Ok for children 6+ It is advised to use this essential oil with caution during pregnancy and lactation. Please do not diffuse this oil. It contains carrier oil which may damage your diffuser. It is not advised to take essential oils internally unless under the guidance of a licensed physician who is also certified in aromatherapy. Contraindicated for asthma. Avoid if dealing with high blood pressure. Do not apply to or near the face of infants and children under the age of 2 (can cause breathing problems in babies and young children). Juniper Berry: Avoid using with liver and kidney disease. Lemongrass: The usage of this oil should be restricted while pregnant and breastfeeding. Not suitable for use on babies under 2. May interact with analgesic, anticonvulsant, and antidepressant, some chemotherapy medications. Nutmeg: None. Balsam Fir: May cause skin sensitization if oxidized. To prevent oxidation, store in a dark, airtight container in a refrigerator. Can irritate sensitive skin. Clove: Clove can cause skin irritation. Please dilute well. Use caution when applying to hypersensitive or diseased or damaged skin. Do not use topically on children under 2 years of age. May inhibit blood clotting. Repeated use can result in extreme contact sensitization. Black Pepper: Can cause extreme skin irritation. Please dilute well. May cause skin sensitization if oxidized. To prevent oxidation, store in a dark, airtight container in a refrigerator. If for any reason you get essential oils in your eyes, put carrier oil along the eyebrows above the eyes and on the cheekbones below the eyes. Do not put essential oils inside the ear canal.
